Location: Franklin, NH

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating nights, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Night shift), rotating schedule with every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 37

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning to promote comfort and dignity
Document care accurately and timely in the facility records
Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans
Support a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents and visitors

Qualifications

Active LNA certification or Licensed Nursing Assistant credential (LNA)
Local candidate required (LOCAL ONLY noted in order)
Willingness to work nights and every other weekend as part of a rotating schedule
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain if not current

Education

Completion of a state-approved LNA program or equivalent certification
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and comfort measures
Vital signs monitoring and basic clinical observation
Accurate care documentation and charting
Infection control practices and safe patient handling
Clear communication with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Time management and the ability to work effectively on night shifts
