Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (primary day shift) with rotating shifts including evenings, overnights (for CT-trained staff), weekends and call rotation — rotating

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic exams and ensure excellent image quality
- Operate CT, portable radiography and C-arm equipment when assigned
- Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication throughout the exam
- Support walk-in care teams by assisting with patient registration and clerical duties as needed
- Rotate across the main campus and multiple walk-in locations to meet community needs
- Participate in weekend and call rotations to maintain continuous patient services
- Maintain equipment, follow safety protocols, and document exams accurately
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver efficient, patient-centered imaging services
Qualifications
- ARRT registered (required)
- Maine RT licensure (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- CT, Bone Density, Fluoroscopy and C-Arm experience preferred
- Portable radiology experience and 2+ years of solid hospital experience preferred
- Willingness to work across multiple sites (York, Wells, Sanford, Berwick, South Berwick, Kittery)
- Flexibility for varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends and overnights (if CT-trained)
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to assist with registration/clerical tasks
Knowledge & Skills
- Radiography and imaging modalities (CT, portable, C-arm, fluoroscopy, bone density)
- Patient registration and clinical documentation
- Patient care principles and safe positioning techniques
- Ability to adapt to varied work locations and fast-paced walk-in settings
- Team-oriented communication and problem solving
- Familiarity with hospital workflows and outpatient/walk-in care dynamics
