Location: Chandler, Arizona

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to neuro telemetry patients, including post-surgical and CVA cases
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and neuro status
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with charge nurses, PCTs, and the interdisciplinary team
Educate patients and families on neuro conditions and recovery
Maintain sterile field and assist with procedures as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
Minimum 2 years of recent neuro telemetry experience (within past 6 months)
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Ability to pass dysrhythmia exam and sterile technique assessment
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry and EKG interpretation skills
Proficient in sterile technique and neuro assessments
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 28-bed unit
