Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based physical therapy to a diverse outpatient caseload including ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain function and improve quality of life
Collaborate with a team of PTAs and rehab aides to deliver exceptional patient care
Document patient progress accurately in Cerner EMR
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy license
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in outpatient orthopedic and neurological settings preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and balance training
Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
Knowledge of total joint protocols and neurological rehab
Excellent patient education and motivational skills
Time management and organizational skills to handle 9-11 patients per day
