Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled settings
Treat an average of 8 patients per day, developing individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and supervising PT manager to ensure quality care
Participate in department-specific orientation and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current BLS certification required
Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply - we will train!

Outpatient physical therapy techniques
Acute inpatient and swing bed skilled nursing rehabilitation
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Effective communication and teamwork
