Candidate Pay Rate: $72 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a medical outpatient setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Advocate for patients and coordinate with therapists, physicians, and support staff

Qualifications

Active California RN license (or compact state license accepted)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a medical or outpatient setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with electronic health records and standard nursing equipment

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and clinical reasoning
Care coordination and discharge planning
IV therapy and medication administration
Documentation and electronic charting
Infection control and safety protocols
Effective communication with patients and colleagues
