Location: Prescott, Arizona

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (hours may vary, typically 8-hour shifts)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered physical therapy in an outpatient setting, treating a diverse caseload including general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, and fall prevention in a large geriatric population
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility and independence
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTAs and rehab techs to deliver excellent care
Document patient progress using EMR systems

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in good standing
BLS and CPR certification required
At least 1 year of outpatient experience
EMR proficiency essential

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic and neurologic conditions
Vestibular rehabilitation and fall prevention strategies
Ability to manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day
