Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to a mix of inpatient and outpatient populations
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and general rehabilitation needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient outcomes
Collaborate with a supportive nursing and therapy team in a positive work environment
Precept new staff as needed to foster growth and excellence
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with patients and caregivers

Qualifications

Current Texas Physical Therapist license required
National certification (NPTE) required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
Wound care experience preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic rehabilitation
Neurological rehabilitation
General rehabilitation and debility
Wound care management and VAC therapy
Patient assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
