Location: Fort Morgan, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, occasional weekend on-call

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including occupational therapists and physical therapist assistants
Utilize the warm water therapy pool for aquatic therapy sessions
Assist with inpatient acute care when needed
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with families and caregivers

Qualifications

Valid Colorado Physical Therapist license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of 1 year of pediatric therapy experience preferred
New graduates with strong pediatric clinical rotations may be considered

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric therapy techniques and treatment planning
Knowledge of developmental delays, autism, and orthopedic conditions
Ability to work in both outpatient and acute care settings
Strong time management and self-scheduling skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
