Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and optimize clinical informatics systems to enhance patient care
Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate technology into workflows
Provide training and support to staff on electronic health records (EHR)
Analyze clinical data to identify improvement opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
Experience in clinical informatics or healthcare IT preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
Understanding of clinical workflows and nursing processes
Data analysis and reporting skills
Project management and organizational abilities
Training and change management expertise
