Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments for a diverse patient population
Develop and implement individualized care plans for orthopedic, vestibular, neuro, and balance disorders
Collaborate with a skilled team including PTAs to maximize patient outcomes
Document patient progress accurately using Cerner EMR system
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Manage a caseload of approximately 9-11 patients per day with quality care

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license (required)
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience preferred
Ability to provide 2 supervisor references (1 within 12 months, 1 within 3 years)
Not previously employed directly by CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity in the past year

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in orthopedics, total joint replacements, vestibular rehab, and neuro rehabilitation
Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical records
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Time management skills to handle a steady patient volume
