Location: Roseburg, Oregon

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, AM/PM rotating; every other weekend; call every 4 weeks

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to laboring, postpartum, and mother-baby patients in a dynamic LDRP setting
Manage obstetrical emergencies including hypertension, hemorrhage, and other acute conditions
Circulate and scrub in the OR for cesarean sections, ensuring safe surgical outcomes
Titrate and monitor critical drips such as Pitocin, Fentanyl, and Labetalol
Monitor fetal heart tracings using GE Centricity EFM system and interpret strips independently
Collaborate with OB techs, neonatal team, and on-call specialists to deliver patient-centered care

Qualifications

Active or pending Oregon RN license (emergency 90-day license available upon offer)
Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience preferred
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Proven ability to circulate and scrub in OR for cesarean sections
Experience titrating intravenous drips (Pitocin, Fentanyl, etc.)
Strong fetal monitoring interpretation skills

Knowledge & Skills

BLS, ACLS, NRP certified
Skilled in circulating and scrubbing for cesarean sections
Proficient in titrating critical drips (Pitocin, Labetalol, Fentanyl)
Knowledge of AWHONN guidelines and obstetrical emergency management
Experience with GE Centricity fetal monitoring system
