Location: Garrison, ND

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend, every other major holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Take charge of the unit, ensuring smooth daily operations
Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
Perform wound care and monitor healing progress
Provide compassionate care to residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Collaborate with physical therapists and social workers to enhance resident well-being
Document care in Matrix EMR with attention to detail

Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Dakota (or compact state)
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience
Compassionate, patient-focused, and adaptable
Ability to lead and work as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
Skilled in medication administration and wound care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in EMR systems, especially Matrix
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
