Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Take charge as the lead nurse, overseeing resident care and coordinating with the care team
Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
Perform wound care treatments and monitor healing progress
Conduct assessments and communicate changes in condition
Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations and standards
Provide compassionate support to residents and their families

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or compact state
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum of 1 year Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotate weekends/holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
Proficiency in medication administration and wound care
Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to function as a charge nurse and lead shifts
