Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends, with schedule set by leadership for 6-week blocks

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients in a 12-bed LDRP unit
Perform triage assessments and manage labor patients with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
Circulate and recover C-sections in a dedicated OR suite
Administer and titrate Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate as needed
Care for overflow mastectomy patients with a short one-night stay
Collaborate with leadership to fill scheduling gaps and ensure patient safety

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
Minimum 1 year of LDRP experience within the last 3 years
Experience in triage, circulating, and recovering C-sections
Prior travel experience preferred
BLS, NRP, and either AWHONN intermediate/advanced or C-EFM certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in caring for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients
Skilled in administering Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate
Comfortable with circulating and recovering C-sections
Ability to work in a fast-paced LDRP environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
