Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care
Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
Monitor compliance with hospital policies and regulations
Serve as a resource for clinical questions and emergencies
Foster a collaborative team environment among healthcare professionals

Qualifications

Active RN license in California required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in clinical assessment and critical thinking
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient safety standards
