Location: Boswell, Mississippi

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 - $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical, cognitive and functional abilities to create meaningful care plans
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence in daily living skills
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes and quality of life
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans based on measurable results
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Ensure compliance with facility and state regulations to maintain high standards of care
Qualifications
- Active Mississippi Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current BLS certification
- Previous clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy

- Patient assessment and treatment planning expertise
- Therapeutic intervention techniques to support daily living skills
- Progress monitoring and clinical documentation
