Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support non-clinical operations to keep the facility running smoothly - no patient care responsibilities
- Manage documentation, reporting, and administrative workflows with accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and vendors, escalating issues when needed
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and privacy standards to protect patient and organizational data
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and project support to help clinical teams focus on care
- Contribute to process improvements that make day-to-day work easier for everyone
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative or non-clinical roles — healthcare experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork across departments
- Comfortable working onsite at the Denver facility for the full contract period
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Word, Excel) and aptitude for learning hospital systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities
- Willingness to complete credentialing/background checks required by the facility
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Familiarity with hospital administrative processes and documentation
- Solid computer skills and comfort learning electronic systems
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality in a healthcare environment (HIPAA awareness)
