Shift Type: Per diem schedule (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to geriatric residents with dignity and respect
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility) to promote comfort and independence
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
- Document care accurately and timely to ensure continuity and quality
- Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver excellent resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Current GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) certification required
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program (or equivalent)
- Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings/immunizations
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an approved GNA training program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience with ADLs and safe patient handling
- Basic clinical observation skills and ability to recognize changes in condition
- Simple documentation and charting skills
- Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
- Compassionate interpersonal skills and teamwork
