Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility to preserve dignity and comfort
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident condition, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff
- Provide compassionate hands-on care while following individualized care plans
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
- Support infection control practices and facility safety standards
- Create a warm, respectful environment by engaging residents and supporting social needs
Qualifications
- Active LNA or T-LNA license (required)
- Completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required health screenings
- Dependable, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
- Comfort with travel assignments and flexibility for contract travel schedules
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of an accredited nursing assistant program
- Active LNA/T-LNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on resident care and assistance with ADLs
- Basic clinical skills: vital signs, transfers, and toileting assistance
- Accurate charting and documentation practices
- Infection prevention and safety-conscious habits
- Effective communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced care setting
