Candidate Pay Rate: $50 - $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents in a Long Term Care setting with compassion and clinical expertise
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that help residents regain function
- Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and pain management interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to ensure meaningful outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support care continuity and compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated resident care
Qualifications
- Active Missouri PT License (required) — must be current and in good standing
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Previous Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
- Excellent communication skills for working with residents, families, and the care team
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in physical therapy evaluation and treatment for an LTC population
- Skilled at creating and modifying individualized care plans
- Proficiency with documentation best practices in clinical settings
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
- Strong therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and pain management techniques
