Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain sterile surgical instruments and equipment for cardiovascular procedures
Assist surgeons during CVOR operations by passing instruments and supplies
Monitor and manage inventory of surgical supplies and equipment
Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols
Collaborate with surgical team to provide optimal patient care

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent
BLS certification required
Minimum 1-2 years of CVOR experience preferred
Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent sterile technique and instrument handling
Knowledge of surgical anatomy and CVOR instrumentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to anticipate surgeon needs
Proficient in inventory management and documentation
