Location: Centennial, CO

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends required (6-9 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical telemetry patients across multiple facilities within Zone 3
Float between different units including cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, and more
Monitor patients on telemetry and titrate heparin drips as needed
Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient ratios
Adapt quickly to different units and patient populations for each shift
Ensure high-quality care and patient safety in a dynamic float pool environment

Qualifications

2 years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience required
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Prior neuro experience preferred
Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius zone
Comfortable with floating to different facilities and units each shift

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Experience with heparin titration and common titratable drips
Strong floating skills and ability to adapt quickly
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of various patient populations: cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, bariatrics, and more
