Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), 3 days per week, with rotating weekends (4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate patient placement across multiple hospitals using TeleTracking and Cerner systems
Utilize critical thinking to assess bed requests and communicate discrepancies to charge nurses or leadership
Manage multiple screens and applications simultaneously to ensure efficient bed assignments
Collaborate with ED, leadership, and other departments via Google apps and chat to facilitate patient flow
Maintain a smooth and safe patient experience by placing patients in appropriate units based on clinical needs

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience preferred
Proficiency with TeleTracking and Cerner required
Strong computer skills including Google applications and Zoom
Excellent multitasking and customer service abilities
Knowledge of various hospital units (MedSurg, Telemetry, etc.)

Adaptability to rotating shifts and changing priorities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Time management and organizational skills
