Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 8/10/12-hour shifts, includes weekends and holidays as needed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including CT scans and fluoroscopy
Operate Philips iPatient 64 and Big Bore 16 CT scanners with precision
Assist with interventional procedures in the OR using C-arms
Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment across ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnoses
Maintain accurate patient records using Cerner EMR
Ensure compliance with safety and radiation protocols at all times

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist with CT experience
Active ARRT certification and California Fluoroscopy permit required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Level II Trauma experience preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in CT imaging and fluoroscopy
Experience with Philips CT equipment
Knowledge of Cerner EMR system
Understanding of trauma and emergency imaging
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
Adaptability to changing workloads and patient needs
