Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 patient-centered physical therapy treatments in an outpatient setting
Manage a diverse caseload including orthopedic and community rehab patients
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTAs and rehab aides
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up care coordination

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT License or Compact License required
BLS certification from AHA
Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
Well-versed in managing a variety of patient conditions

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage complex patient cases
Proficient with 1:1 treatment sessions and scheduling
