Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify impairments, activity limitations, and participation restrictions
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for a variety of outpatient diagnoses
• Implement therapeutic exercise, balance training, ROM interventions, and functional mobility training
• Instruct and progress home exercise programs and educate patients and caregivers for long-term success
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care to maximize outcomes
• Collaborate with the rehab team and clinic staff to help reduce patient wait times and improve access to care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or PT Compact eligibility for Colorado
• Minimum of 2 years of PT experience (3-5 years preferred)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Proof of Flu vaccination (no exemptions)
• Please provide: resume, skills sheet, BLS - AHA, Colorado PT license or Compact documentation, and proof of flu vaccine

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

• Patient evaluation and treatment planning
• Therapeutic exercise and home exercise program instruction
• Range of motion (ROM) interventions and balance training
• Safety and functional mobility assessment and intervention
• Outpatient physical therapy workflows and documentation
• Patient and caregiver education techniques
