Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to identify impairments, activity limitations, and participation restrictions
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for a variety of outpatient diagnoses
- Implement therapeutic exercise, balance training, ROM interventions, and functional mobility training
- Instruct and progress home exercise programs and educate patients and caregivers for long-term success
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans of care to maximize outcomes
- Collaborate with the rehab team and clinic staff to help reduce patient wait times and improve access to care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or PT Compact eligibility for Colorado
- Minimum of 2 years of PT experience (3-5 years preferred)
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Proof of Flu vaccination (no exemptions)
- Please provide: resume, skills sheet, BLS - AHA, Colorado PT license or Compact documentation, and proof of flu vaccine
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

- Patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Therapeutic exercise and home exercise program instruction
- Range of motion (ROM) interventions and balance training
- Safety and functional mobility assessment and intervention
- Outpatient physical therapy workflows and documentation
- Patient and caregiver education techniques
