Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living
• Perform safe transfers and mobility support while promoting patient dignity
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the clinical team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
• Support a positive resident experience through friendly communication and teamwork
• Follow facility policies and infection control practices to keep everyone safe

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential — VT or NH accepted as noted in the job title
• Available and able to work the evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) for the assignment period
• Able to pass required background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Comfortable with travel assignments and adapting to new facility routines

Education

• Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program or equivalent
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong resident-centered care skills and experience with ADLs
• Good communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
• Basic charting/documentation skills and attention to detail
• Reliable time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
