Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Day shift); weekend coverage as needed based on facility schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and changes in resident condition accurately
- Support nursing staff with routine clinical tasks and timely documentation
- Communicate clearly and kindly with residents and their families to promote comfort and understanding
- Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
Qualifications
- Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification
- Willingness to work day shifts and provide weekend coverage as required by the facility
- Flexibility for an 8-week travel assignment at Bennington Care Center
- Ability to complete required background checks and facility onboarding (standard for healthcare settings)
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on resident care and personal support skills
- Accurate documentation and charting of care provided
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Awareness of infection control and basic safety procedures
- Compassionate approach to working with older adults and long-term care residents
