Shift Type: Overnight, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM NOC. Exact days scheduled by the facility; primarily overnight coverage during the assignment.
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including assistance with activities of daily living
- Perform safe patient transfers and mobility support with proper body mechanics
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in condition promptly
- Assist nursing team with timely documentation and accurate charting
- Support mealtime, hygiene, and comfort needs while promoting dignity and independence
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- T-CNA or equivalent training credentials welcomed
- Previous CNA or patient care experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a travel assignment schedule
- Current basic life support (BLS) may be required per facility policies
- Must be able to pass background check and any required health screens or immunizations
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Certification as a CNA (required)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care skills including ADLs and safe transfer techniques
- Comfortable taking and documenting vital signs accurately
- Knowledge of infection control practices and personal protective equipment
- Clear, compassionate communication with residents, families, and team members
- Basic charting and documentation skills; ability to follow care plans
- Dependable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced long-term care setting
