Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Day). Possibility of 4x10s as needed (schedule may vary)

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Observe and evaluate treatment effects and recommend changes to physicians and care team as needed
- Perform appropriate assessments to establish baseline function and track progress
- Provide hands-on care for patients with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular disorders
- Select and implement therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve, and restore patient function
- Document clinical findings and treatment plans clearly and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient-centered care
- Educate patients and families on home programs and strategies to support recovery and independence
Qualifications
- Current Colorado Physical Therapy license (required)
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification (required)
- Comfort working with a broad range of diagnoses including pulmonary and cardiovascular conditions
- Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and documentation skills
- Professional communication and ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Flexible and reliable for scheduled clinic hours (M–F day shift; 4x10 option possible)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in patient assessment and treatment planning
- Experienced with therapeutic procedures to restore function
- Knowledgeable in caring for neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary and cardiovascular disorders
- Competent in evaluating treatment effects and making appropriate clinical recommendations
- Comfortable with clinical documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration
- BLS certification and adherence to safety standards
