Candidate Pay Rate: $92 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee nursing operations and patient care coordination during your shift
Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring compliance with hospital policies
Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges efficiently
Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance to the team
Maintain accurate records and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
Ensure a safe and positive environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong leadership and communication skills

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in nursing assessments and clinical decision-making
Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
