Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled occupational therapy services focusing on orthopedic upper extremity cases including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures.
Cover a variety of settings: acute inpatient, acute rehab, transitional care, and outpatient.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
Document patient progress using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute care.
Contribute to a positive patient experience with compassionate care and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

Valid Oregon Occupational Therapy license required
BLS certification required
Experience in orthopedic upper extremity therapy is a must (shoulder repairs, wrist/elbow tendonitis, fractures)
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in upper extremity rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions
Experience with ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems
Knowledge of acute inpatient, rehab, and outpatient care
Lymphedema training is a plus
