Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic and general rehabilitation caseload
Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients regain function and independence
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art athletic club setting
Provide acute inpatient coverage when needed to support the whole facility
Document patient progress accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

Active Oregon physical therapy license (can be obtained after submittal per manager)
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Outpatient experience is required; acute inpatient experience is a plus
Comfortable treating a wide variety of orthopedic and general conditions

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques
Strong communication and patient education abilities
Ability to manage a busy outpatient caseload of up to 12 patients per day
Adaptable to a small-town clinic environment with a broad patient mix
