Location: Garrison, ND

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend, every other major holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse, overseeing resident care and coordinating with staff
Administer medications accurately and safely according to facility protocols
Perform wound care treatments and monitor healing progress
Conduct resident assessments and document care plans in Matrix EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
Provide compassionate care to residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia

Qualifications

Must have LTC experience to hit the ground running
Current and unrestricted RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification required (must be current)
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend/holiday

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in long-term care nursing practices and regulations
Skilled in medication administration and wound care
Experience with Matrix EMR or similar charting systems
Strong clinical decision-making and charge nurse abilities
Compassionate communication with residents and families
