Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor vital signs and administer medications with precision
Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team to create life-saving plans
Maintain a calm and compassionate demeanor during high-stress situations
Document patient progress and advocate for their needs

Qualifications

Active California RN license
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth knowledge of critical care protocols
Proficiency in IV therapy and medication management
Skilled in using electronic health records
Excellent patient assessment and multitasking abilities
