Location: Fort Morgan, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, flexible self-scheduling with blocked time for IP evals and documentation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide pediatric and adult outpatient physical therapy services
Treat patients with a variety of diagnoses including developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Occasionally assist with acute inpatient therapy
Utilize the warm water therapy pool for aquatic therapy
Manage a caseload of approximately 8-10 patients per day
Collaborate with a supportive team including one pediatric PTA

Qualifications

Valid Colorado PT license required
BLS certification required
Pediatric experience required
Willingness to work within a 60-mile radius
Must have a valid driver's license

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of pediatric developmental delays and common orthopedic conditions
Skilled in outpatient therapy techniques and aquatic therapy
Ability to self-schedule and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
