Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality X-ray and diagnostic imaging procedures on a variety of exams including brain, MRCP, abdomen, pelvis, and extremities
Operate GE and Toshiba imaging equipment with precision and care
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate imaging results
Maintain a clean and organized work environment following department protocols

Qualifications

At least 2 years of recent X-ray tech experience
Current ARRT certification
Current BLS certification
Ability to float to Mercy Southwest (approximately 6.5 miles away) as needed
Reliable and flexible with rotating call and weekend schedules

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Radnet and Merge Unity PACS systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Knowledge of infection control and safety standards
