Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality nuclear medicine imaging procedures, including PET/CT scans, using state-of-the-art Siemens equipment
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process, adhering to radiation safety protocols
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as needed for diagnostic studies
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver accurate results
Maintain equipment and documentation in compliance with facility standards

Qualifications

Current BLS certification (required at submission)
PET experience is required for this assignment
DOT certification preferred but can be obtained within 90 days of extension
Valid driver's license required (to verify 50-mile radius rule)
No state license needed for Nuclear Medicine in Nebraska
Willingness to adhere to facility policies, including artificial nail restrictions in patient care areas

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in PET/CT imaging and nuclear medicine procedures
Familiarity with Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and E.CAMs is a plus (training available)
Strong attention to detail and patient care focus
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
