Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing functions
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust therapy strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
Provide patient education and empower individuals to reach their communication goals

Qualifications

Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Arizona
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
Previous outpatient experience is a plus, but new grads welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of evidence-based assessment tools and therapeutic interventions
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
