Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 4x10-hour shifts (exact times may vary)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver external beam and internal radiation therapy treatments using advanced techniques like IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, and SRT
Operate state-of-the-art equipment including TrueBeam, Vision RT, and CT simulators
Manage an average of 34 patients per day with precision and compassion
Collaborate with a dedicated team including a manager/supervisor on each shift
Utilize EPIC and ARIA electronic medical records to document and coordinate care

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
Current BLS certification
ARRT (T) certification
Willingness to undergo a profile review and interview with the unit manager

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in EBRT, IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, SRT, 3D-CRT, and Proton Therapy
Experience with EPIC, Aria, TrueBeam, Vision RT, and CT imaging
Strong patient care skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
