Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy assessments and treatments in home health and hospice settings
Develop and implement patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Provide education and training to patients and caregivers

Qualifications

Current ND Physical Therapy License
BLS certification
Preferred experience in Home Health and OASIS training
Strong clinical and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and best practices
Home health and hospice care principles
OASIS training (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
