Nuclear Medicine Technologist - PET/CT

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging procedures with precision and care
- Operate Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs to capture high-quality diagnostic images
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging exams
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow radiation safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active BLS certification required
- NMT Certification (Nuclear Medicine Technologist) required
- PET experience required
- DOT Certification preferred at start, required within 90 days
- Valid driver's license required for travel eligibility
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in PET/CT and nuclear medicine imaging techniques
- Familiarity with Siemens equipment (Biograph Vision, E.CAMs) is a plus but training available
- Understanding of radiation safety and badge protocols
- Strong attention to detail and patient interaction skills
