Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including cleanings and exams
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices
Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
Collaborate with dentists and staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
Maintain a clean and organized workstation following infection control protocols

Qualifications

Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
Current CPR certification required
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
Knowledge of infection control standards and OSHA regulations
Experience with dental software and patient records management
Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-first attitude
