Shift Type: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM, per diem as needed

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional dental hygiene care, including scaling, root planing, and prophylaxis
Educate patients on oral health strategies and preventive care
Take and develop dental X-rays with precision and care
Assess patients' oral health and document findings in our system
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience

Qualifications

Active Maryland Dental Hygienist license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of dental anatomy, periodontology, and radiography
Proficiency with dental software and digital X-ray systems
Experience in a fast-paced clinical environment
Commitment to infection control and safety protocols
