Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts (exact times to be discussed), rotating weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to residents with dementia, pneumonia, and other conditions
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Float to various units as needed to ensure staffing coverage
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
Collaborate with charge nurses and team members to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification in North Dakota (or compact state)
Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience
Previous travel experience required
Current BLS certification
Must pass background check and drug screening

Knowledge & Skills

Direct patient care and medical floor nursing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
