Roles & Responsibilities
- Work independently to assess and treat patients
- Perform transfers and mobilize patients
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
Qualifications
- Current CA PT license
- AHA BLS certification
- Experience in post-acute physical therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Post-acute care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
