Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients' care needs and develop plans of care
- Provide direction and oversight to other staff members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge needs
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- 2 years of behavioral health experience
- Pediatric experience
- Michigan state license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
