Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and update patient therapeutic status
• Develop and implement physical therapy treatment plans
• Instruct patients and caregivers in therapeutic appliance use
• Report patient progress and reaction to treatment
• Supervise and train other personnel in physical therapy phases

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute, home care, or rehab setting
• Required certifications: BLS
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
